Oriane has over fifteen years of combined hybrid business and legal experience in private equity and in the entertainment sector, providing the highest quality entertainment and corporate business and legal services to film studios, producers, production entities, talents, athletes, investors, family offices and startups.

She provides business affairs services to venture-backed and emerging growth companies regarding general business matters and a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Upon graduation from UCLA School of Law, she started her career at leading national law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP prior to joining world renowned talent agency ICM and working in hybrid legal and production capacities for several film producers, CEOs and Family Offices such as Mike Medavoy and Aurelio de Laurentiis (Italian Football Club Napoli). Over the course of her career, Oriane also represented several film studios, including Gaumont and Relativity Media, where she specialized in negotiating and drafting various option purchase agreements, above-the line talent agreements, production legal work, financing and distribution. While at Relativity Media, Ms. Livingston was instrumental in initiating and closing the first licensing deal between Relativity Media and BET Networks among other high-end transactions. She also consulted for Strategic Law Partners, LLP (Of Counsel, Foreign Attorney) where she gained extensive experience in finance and venture capital.
Her deep understanding of her clients’ needs and knowledge of the marketplace enable her to provide highly pragmatic and results-oriented services to her clients.

Oriane is trilingual in English, French and Italian. She is proficient in Spanish. She is also a film producer and a published author.
